Let’s find out more about Tyran journey is game so far.

What year were you born?

1997

Tell us about your cricket journey.

Played for St Mary's Leagues cricket club and Colyton St Clair before joining Penrith Cricket Club.

If you can share with our readers how you would describe yourself as a cricketer?

Wicket keeper who bats a little

What do you enjoy most about playing cricket?

Playing with mates and listening to Liam Doddrell dribble

What’s been your most memorable moment in cricket so far?

Winning the Belvedere Cup in 2018-19.

Who’s your favourite all-time cricketer?

Adam Gilchrist

Who is the fastest bowler you’ve played against?

Jofra Archer on an Indigenous Australian tour to the UK or a Liam Doddrell at 7 at night on Camo’s dodgy turf wickets with Liam bowling 2 metres over the line trying to hit you in the head on the full.

Who is the best spinner you’ve played against?

My little friend Devlin Malone (should have played for Australia) or SOK Stephen O’Keefe

Who is the best spinner you’ve kept wicket to?

Been lucky to play with a few, probably Nathan Lyon in a trial or SOK. Long term Luke Hodges has been crafty

Who played the best innings you’ve seen firsthand playing with or against?

Will Pucovski got 194 no in a 2XI game the retired cause he felt like it. Longest day in the dirt ever. He was never getting out that day and didn’t even give a chance.

Who is the best wicket keeper you’ve had the good fortune to play with?

Sam Billings

Who are the two players you’ve come to admire most in your club in terms of skills and competitive spirit?

Ryan Bomber Smith is the greatest to ever play for PPC, someone I learnt a lot from in terms of spirit, work ethic and determination. Liam Doddrell would be the other. The sort of player you love having on your team but hate playing against. We also have a deadly combo for a wicket celebration. Get on the frog box!!!!

What are the two attributes you like to see in a captain and leader?

Always has the boys back no matter what. Lets the performances do the talking.

Which singer/band would you like to see perform live?

Fleetwood Mac or Fisher. From one extreme to another haha

Who’s the king of selfies at your club?

Jordan Watson ever since he started going to the gym. I don’t know why but he always leaves his legs out of the photo. If I had a dollar for every selfie id be loaded.

Favourite location, city or country as a holiday destination?

Ibiza or Italy

Who’s been the biggest influence on your career so far?

Dad for sure, first to tell me I’ve done good and first one to tell me when I’m rubbish. Jeff Cook is another one I owe so much too. Without him I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Where do you find inspiration that gets you through challenging times?

Family for sure. My Pop, who is no longer with us, but is someone that I admired and continue to try to make proud.

Who are the three people in the world you’d love to meet and talk to?

Drake, Margot Robbie, Roger Federer

What do you like to do to relax outside cricket?

Play Tennis, FIFA and doing a shake a leg on the dancefloor.

Do you have a favorite quote?

Love many, trust few, and paddle your own canoe. (sounds good with an Aussie accent too)
