Thanks to St George DCC Historian and Published Author, Nathan Anderson here is part 3 of his 100 moments in 100 years of 1st Grade Cricket. Another wonderful decade of cricket between 1991-92 and 2001-02.
1. Craig McComb (153) and Ross Trewartha (119) combine for a record-breaking 6th wicket partnership. The pair compile 284 runs against Western suburbs, which is a club record first grade partnership at the time. (1991-92)

2. Paul Ryan completes 55 dismissals as wicketkeeper in one season. His 42 catches and 13 stumpings set a club record for most dismissals in a first grade season. (1995-96)
3. Jeremy Bray breaks Warren Saunders’ record for most runs in a first grade season with St George DCC, totalling 1061 in a premiership winning season. (1996-97)

4. Under the experienced leadership of Geoff Milliken, the club wins its twelfth premiership and its first in twelve years. A tightly fought contest against Mosman ends in a seven wicket victory for St George after an unbeaten century from Jeremy Bray (159*) in the second innings to chase down 294 runs. (1996-97)
5. James Turner takes 5 wickets and a hat-trick against Gordon. His figures of 5 for 8 are combined with Brad McNamara’s 5 for 13 to dismiss Gordon for 99 . (1999-00)
6. Brett van Deinsen pips the record established by Jeremy Bray three seasons earlier, scoring 1066 first grade runs in a season which saw him earn first-class honours for New South Wales. (1999-00)
7. St George recover from 5 for 28 to post 146 against Manly in the final of the first grade Limited overs competition off the back of a “superb” 51 from Scott Thompson. After losing their first wicket on 37, Manly collapse to be all out for 108 on the back of an inspired St George bowling effort to win the one-day premiership. (1999-00)

8. Brett van Deinsen and Nathan Catalano break a 57 year old club record for the first wicket, compiling a partnership of 245 runs against Bankstown Oval. The partnership lasted 2 hours and 46 minutes and came from only 41 overs. (2000-01)
9. Scott Thompson becomes the first St George player to score more than 750 runs (762) and take more than 50 wickets (54) in the same season. A hat-trick is also taken by Thompson in the qualifying final against Sydney University. (2000-01)

10. Led by Paul Ryan, the club enters the new millennium with premiership success, earning the Belvidere Cup for the 13th time. Ryan was instrumental in bringing Test cricketer Stuart MacGill to the club in the winning season. (2000-01)
