Q: CricConnect Volunteer Recognition Series. Deb Kasmar – Warringah Cricket Club
In 2021, Warringah Cricket Club President Chris “Beachy” Melville invited Deb Kasmar for a coffee to discuss getting involved with the club. That conversation led to Deb joining the committee — a role she proudly continues today.
Her involvement began even earlier, when her son Noah played the occasional game for the club in 2019. What started as supporting her son gradually evolved into becoming a central figure in the club’s community life.
