Kendal Vehicle Services Friday Night Cricket had a special night recently as BWCUCC were once again able to provide cricket packs to all of our youngest juniors. This would not be possible without our commercial partners, as well as a grant from the Mainland Foundation.

Daniel and his team from Tunnel Wash brought the BBQ to keep everyone well-fed at the end of the session, which included the Canterbury Cricket Inflatables, adding to the fun.

Each pack included a bat, ball, batting tee, t-shirt and cap, which were organised by Cricket Express, and we handed them out of the New World Ilam electric van. If any Christchurch-based readers missed out on a pack, please come to the club, as we still have some spares available.
