Q: My daughter is 14 and quite a talented young cricketer but decided not to play this season as she was inspired by the Matilda’s and wants to play Football.
I spoke to a couple of the committee members in our local competition, and they said for the first time in a couple of seasons their numbers are down in girl’s cricket.
I wonder if other competitions and clubs are experiencing the same.
